Having been fortunate enough to spend some time in Sydney previously I have a deep admiration for all things Australian, including the Sydney Opera House. It’s a truly gorgeous structure and one of the most memorable buildings I may experience in my entire life. That being said I was really blown away when I saw that the city of Sydney invited artist Laurie Anderson to use the Opera House as a canvas for projections in celebration of a winter festival. Anderson had some help from Lou Reed and Brian Eno, which makes the whole thing that much better. I wish I was in Sydney to see the whole thing in person.
